What are they about?

Glazed eyes
Quiet sighs
A slight crinkling of the nose

Disappointed looks
Forehead furrows
Was that a sneer? Who knows?

A thick silence
A meaningful pause
Questions without answers

Signposts and lights
Dots and lines
Was that a code? Who cares?
